Method of producing an antenna support

The method involves providing a mounting base (40) with an inner pipe (50) and an outer pipe (70), and designing the inner pipe and the outer pipe in such a manner that an outer diameter (d) of the inner pipe is smaller than an inner diameter (D) of the outer pipe. The inner pipe is movable in the outer pipe, and one of the two pipes is expanded using an expanding tool before insertion of the inner pipe into the outer pipe. An independent claim is also included for an antenna support or a component set with a mounting base comprising an inner pipe and an outer pipe.
