Polymer blend consists of fine and coarser particles of 2 graft copolymers of styrene/acrylonitrile copolymer on rubber and matrix of styrene/acrylonitrile copolymer. Blend is relatively transparent and coarser particles impart toughness. Components are easy and cheap to prepare and process is simple and effective. For packaging foodstuffs etc.
