FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention describes a method for preparing a granulated composition containing granules of hardened melt of a non-steroid anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) as a continuous phase. Method involves the following steps: (a) extruding NSAID melt; (b) formation of NSAID homogenous extrudate; (c) cooling NSAID extrudate; (d) grinding cooled extrudate for preparing granules. Method involves the complete melting in step (a) and formation of extrudate in step (b) for two thin bands or above with deep 10 mm or less followed by their hardening fro 5 min or less. Also, invention describes a device used in preparing a granulated composition. Invention provides the accelerated cooling rate of thin band of a completely melted NSAID that provides increase of the manufacture rate and dissolving rate of granules prepared from a solid composition as compared with compositions wherein NSAID presents in two crystalline forms. ^ EFFECT: improved preparing method. ^ 28 cl, 3 tbl, 7 dwg, 28 ex |
