A generator device using buoyancy and gravity is provided to simultaneously use buoyancy and gravity in a single container. A generator device using buoyancy and gravity includes a tub(100) having one opened side, a rotation cylinder side pecking(110) for maintaining a rotation cylinder(200) and the tub to be tightly attached to each other, a cylindrical first pecking unit (a cylindrical first pecking entering from the air to the tub) for maximally preventing water from leaking in a cylindrical hole, a cylindrical second pecking (a cylindrical second pecking entering from the air to the tub) for maximally preventing water from leaking in a cylindrical hole, the rotation cylinder, a rotation cylinder internal barrier(210), a hole(220), a hole internal barrier(230), a valve(240), a rotation shaft(250), a shaft bearing, a water part, an air part, a hinge (a valve centering shaft), and a spring having elasticity for closing the valve. |
