A writing board is provided to effectively manage personal memos in all places such as homes, offices, schools, or restaurants and to enable a user to easily carry the board by rolling up or folding the board. In the writing board, a sheet(31) is formed by bonding a back part(32) formed in the shape of a plate and made of various flexible materials capable of being rolled or folded, on the back side of an upper cover(33). The material for forming the back part is magnets or a silicone adhesive agent. A user repeatedly takes notes or advertisements and local information are recorded on the writing board. The back of the sheet and the upper cover bonded thereto have predetermined colors and a character background.
