Provided are dendritic polymers, which have enhanced amplification and interior functionality, and a preparation method thereof, which produces precise dendrimer structures with a faster reaction time, an easier separation without byproducts, and a lower production cost than the presently known method. The dendritic polymer has a structure represented by a formula 1. In the formula, (C) is a core, (FF) is a focal functionality component of the core, x is independently 0 or an integer of 1 to Nc-1, (BR) is a branch cell and if p is greater than 1, (BR)s are identical or different moieties, p is the total number of branch cells within a dendrimer and is an integer of 1-2000 to be derived from the equation of p which is a total number of the (BR) represented by formula 2, (wherein, G is the number of concentric branch cell shells(generations) surrounding the core, i is the final generation number G, Nb is a branch cell multiplicity, and Nc is a core multiplicity and is an integer of 1-1000), (IF) means an interior functionality and if q is greater than 1, (IF)s are identical or different moieties, q is independently 0 or an integer of 1-4000, (EX) means an extending group and if m is greater than 1, (EX)s are identical or different moieties, (EX) is present before or after the (BR) moiety, or before and after the (BR) moiety, (EX) has an (IF) moiety, m is independently 0 or an integer of 1-2000, (TF) means a terminal functionality and if z is greater than 1, (TF)s are identical or different moieties, z means the number of surface groups from 1 to a possible theological value for (C) and (BR) of the given generation(G) and is derived by the formula of N=N_CN_b^G(wherein, G, Nb, and Nc are defined as above), provided that at least one of (EX) and (IF) is present.
