PROCESS FOR PREPARATION OF TITANIUM DISULFIDE

摘要

A process for preparation of titanium disulfide includes a preparation of titanium metal powder mixture and titanium disulfide in enclosed volume, heating it and passing calculated amount of sulfur steam via a heated mixture. Besides, the titanium metal and titanium disulfide powder mixtures is prepared in mass ratio of 1:2.5 with powder titanium metal dispersion of 0.05-0.5 mm and passing sulfur steam is carried out in vacuum at 0.002-0.01 mm hg through the mixture heated to the temperature of 950-1000 DEGREE C.
