The proposed piezoelectric mechanical-electric transducer contains a cylindrical piezoelectric element with electrodes and two matching amplifiers. Four comb-shaped electrodes are installed in pairs at the outside surface of the piezoelectric element so that the teeth of one of the electrodes are arranged between the teeth of the second electrode. Two ring-shaped electrodes are installed at the corresponding end surfaces of the piezoelectric element. The input of the first amplifier is connected to one of the electrodes of the first pair of the comb-shaped electrodes, and the output is connected to the second electrode of the first pair of the electrodes. The input of the second amplifier is connected to one of the electrodes of the second pair of the comb-shaped electrodes, and the output is connected to the second electrode of the second pair of the electrodes. One of the ring-shaped electrodes is electrode is connected to the common point of the circuit of the transducer.
