A two stepped separation structure of a body assembly for a vehicle is provided to repair an engine and a suspension by engaging a nut with the lower end of a sub-frame after engaging a guide boss with the lower end of a body side member. A structure for assembling a sub-frame(13) and a front side member(17) of the body of a vehicle includes a guide boss(31) and a nut(34). The guide boss passes through the sub-frame and the front side member. The nut is engaged with the lower end of the sub-frame with which the guide boss is engaged. A bracket is installed between the nut and the sub-frame. An upward and downward trim section is provided in the guide boss to separate the nut during a front collision of the vehicle.
