Provided is a conductive polymer composition, which forms a layer comprising a network structure formed between the polymer chains, shows improved adhesion to an electrode, and imparts excellent electrical and optical properties and lifespan to an electronic device. The conductive polymer composition comprises: a siloxane-based material represented by the chemical formula of -(ASiO1.5)a- and a conductive polymer. In the above chemical formula, A is a C1-C20 alkyl, C6-C30 aryl, C1-C20 alkoxy, C7-C30 alkylaryl, C7-C30 aralkyl or -(CH2)n-MZ1Z2Z3, wherein n is an integer of 0 or 1-20, M is Si, Ti, Sn or Al, and each of Z1, Z2 and Z3 independently represents a C1-C20 alkyl, C6-C30 aryl, C7-C30 alkylaryl, C7-C30 aralkyl, a crosslinkable unit, a hole transport unit, an electron transport unit or a light emission unit; and a is an integer of 2-1000.
