A level shifting inverter circuit is provided to prevent short between a high voltage power source and ground by adding a current mirror to an inverter. A level shifting inverter circuit includes an inverter(210) and a level shifter(220). The inverter receives an input signal applied to an input stage(214), operates in a high voltage power source, reverses the input signal through an output stage(215), and outputs a reversed input signal to the level shifter(220). The level shifter(220) converts the reversed input signal outputted from the inverter to a differential signal, generates an output signal having a predetermined level according to the differential signal, and operates in the high voltage power source. |
