A heating shoe insole by using a phase change material is provided to absorb sweat generated from a user's foot with calcium chloride and to heat the inside of the shoe to prevent frostbite. A phase change material(21-23) is built between an upper cover(11) and a bottom layer(12) of a heating shoe insole(10). Silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide and calcium chloride are mixed, formed, burnt and dried to form the phase change material(21-23). 60-80 part by weight of silicon dioxide and 20-40 part by weight of aluminum oxide are mixed. 25-35 part by weight of calcium chloride solution is mixed based on 100 part by weight of mixture of silicon dioxide and aluminum oxide. The calcium chloride solution is made by dissolving 8-12 part by weight of calcium chloride in 17-23 part by weight of water. |
