A standard exercising mat for golf putting distances is provided to enable a user to exercise putting by limiting the swing trace of a putter and measuring the moving distance according to the swing trace by using a putting guide. On a rectangular basic mat, a horizontal basic line for displaying a straight line moving direction of a ball is marked on the center of a lengthy surface. On one side of the moving line, a basic point of the ball is marked. The limit lines of a back swing and a following swing are marked on a front and a rear of the basic point of the ball in a putting distance explanation mat(20). The putting distance explanation mat(20) is installed on one end of the basic mat(30). A couple of putting guides(10) are constituted to be parallel to each other and include the putting distance explanation mat(20) in the inside thereof.
