The stud has one end integrated to the printed circuit of the camera which is in the case and another end fixed to a body shell of a vehicle by a housing (8) integrated to the cover. A cylindrical duct is provided at the level of an upper outer part of the case and defines a passage for the stud fixed to the circuit for forming a rupture point during an attempt of disintegration of the case or the camera or the housing. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for being integrated at the level of a cover of a license plate of a motor vehicle for fixing a video camera on the vehicle, where the camera provides assistance to the steering and monitoring of the vehicle (claimed). #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The cylindrical duct defines the passage for the stud fixed to the circuit for forming the rupture point during the attempt of disintegration of the case or the camera or the housing, so that an irreversible damage of a part of the camera results to make it unusable in the case of application of a force on the case.
