CONSTRUCTION WASTE CRUSHING AND SORTING MACHINE

A construction waste crushing and foreign material removing device is provided to remove segregation, mortar and foreign materials stuck on the surfaces of recycles aggregates, and the scattering fine powder by bringing the recycled aggregates into contact with steel balls with rotating a cylindrical crusher containing the recycled aggregates. The construction waste crushing and foreign material removing device(200) is composed of a sorting tank(10); a blower(20); a vibrating sorter(30); a speed retarding duct(110); a scattering prevention net(120); a turbo blower(130); a suction fan(140); a second vibration sorter(150); a filter unit(160); a first hopper receiving recycles aggregates dropping from the speed retarding duct; a crusher(220) crushing the recycles aggregate with rotating the recycles aggregate fed from the first hopper; a second hopper(230) installed at the lower end of the crusher to receive the recycles aggregate falling from the crusher; a third vibration sorter(240) mounted on the lower end of the second hopper to sort out the recycles aggregates falling from the second hopper; and a cyclone(250) sucking fine dust and foreign materials left in the crusher and then discharging the fine dust and foreign materials to the lower end.
