A heat exchanger apparatus for a radiator is provided to decrease a size of the radiator and to improve efficiency of radiation for drastically reducing an amount of power consumption. A heat exchanger apparatus for a radiator includes an external tube body(20), a plurality of coil tube body(30), a magnesium powder member(10), a plurality of magnesium slices(80), an insulating layer(60), and a cover(70). The external tube body includes a cavity inside thereof and an opening at a rear end, wherein a front end of the magnesium slices is closed. The plurality of coil tube bodies include a heat radiating line connected to a power source, and are inserted into the external tube body. The magnesium powder member is filled at an internal front end of the external tube body. The plurality of magnesium slices are inserted into the external tube body. The insulating layer is bonded at the rear end of the last magnesium slice of the opening. The cover seals the opening.
