PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery in which periodical replenishment of an electrolytic liquid is eliminated primarily in the vehicle mounted storage battery, and by preventing lowering of voltage even at a winter time or the like, starting of engines can be performed smoothly. SOLUTION: An auxiliary tank 10 for electrolytic liquid is installed, and the electrolytic liquid is compulsorily circulated between the auxiliary tank and the storage battery main body, thereby, replenishment of the electrolytic liquid is protracted and electrolysis action is promoted. Further, same number of generators 28 as a plurality of generating water wheels 18 are equipped, and by circulation of the electrolytic liquid, the generating water wheels are rotated to generate electric power, and the storage battery is charged.
