PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a sub-frame in weight for suppressing vibrations of a main frame. SOLUTION: Respective first elastic members 14 are fitted in respective elastic member support holes H bored in a pair of side plates 11b and 11c of a base frame 11 and a pair of side plates 12b and 12c of the main frame 12, one end of respective shafts S are inserted into center holes 14a of the respective first elastic members 14, and the respective shafts S are laterally laid on the pair of the side plates 11b and 11c of the base plate 11 and the pair of side plates 12b and 12c of the main frame 12 respectively, so that the main frame 12 is elastically supported by the base frame 11. Further, second elastic members 15 are fitted in respective elastic member support holes H formed in a pair of side plates 13b and 13c of the sub-frame 13 and the other end of the respective shafts S are inserted into center holes 15a of the second elastic members 15 to elastically support the sub-frame 13.
