PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chlorinated vinyl chloride resin composition having extremely high resistance to chemicals showing strong chemical properties such as strong acid, having good extrudability for a long period of time, and excellent in other various properties, and to provide a molded article thereof. SOLUTION: The chlorinated vinyl chloride resin composition comprises 100 pts.mass of a chlorinated vinyl chloride resin having a polymerization degree of 650-850 and a degree of chlorination of 60-70%, 6-8 pts.mass of a lead-based stabilizer, and 4-6 pts.mass of a methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene copolymer. The chlorinated vinyl chloride resin may have a polymerization degree of 670-730 and a volatile component of 0.3 mass% or less. The methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene copolymer may contain 25-45% of a methyl methacrylate component, 8-9% of a butadiene component, and 49-67% of a styrene component in terms of the peak area ratio by pyrolysis-gas chromatography measurement.
