A method of cofferdam construction using an integral pipe with a cylinder type rubber stopper is provided to construct an invert and to repair a manhole for rainwater and sewage without obstructing the flow of rainwater and sewage and turning water by cutting off rainwater and sewage with an integral pipe with a cylinder type rubber stopper watertightly and passing through an integral pipe with a cylinder type rubber stopper having a hollow shape smoothly. The invention relates to a method of cofferdam construction using an integral pipe with a cylinder type rubber stopper for constructing an invert and repairing a manhole by cutting off sewage of a sewage manhole(20) watertightly and passing through an integral pipe with a cylinder type rubber stopper having a hollow shape smoothly, which includes a cylinder type rubber stopper(30) expanded by injecting air through a hose(4) using a foot pump(5), a socket(2) inserted to an integral inflow pipe(1) with a cylinder type rubber stopper, and an integral outflow pipe(3) with a cylinder type rubber stopper inserted to the inside of a conduit before injecting air to the cylinder type rubber stopper.
