PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily delete an individual destination belonging to a group from the group, without having to develope each group one by one. SOLUTION: A facsimile machine U2 has a destination registration/change means C8. The change means C8 includes an individual destination name selection means C8a, at change for selecting an individual destination name contained in destination data are to be changed, when the destination data stored in a destination storage memory C7 are changed; an individual destination registration change screen display means C8b for displaying an individual destination registration change screen for displaying the destination data containing all the group destination names, to which individual destination name selected by the individual destination name selection means C8a, at change belongs; and a group cancellation means C8c for canceling that the individual destination name belongs to each group destination among all the entire group destination names, on individual destination registration change screen.
