PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor unit of an air conditioner in which a connecting piping member for connecting external piping such as a two-way valve or a three-way valve to internal piping can be directly mounted on a side plate, and the side plate is detachable. SOLUTION: The three-way valve 3V is provided with second connecting parts 2a and 2b connected to the external piping, and the two-way valve 2V is provided with only the second connecting part 2a. A third connecting part 3 connectable to a flow control means for controlling flow of a fluid in a valve is formed. Opening parts 2H and 3H are formed through which the second connecting parts 2a, 2b, and the third connecting part 3 can pass through, on the side plate X2 which is the object for mounting the two-way valve 2V and the three-way valve 3V.
