PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial fish reef from which reef resources such as abalones and the like adhered to reef plates are easily harvested and which can be formed in a predetermine shape depending on a place to be installed. SOLUTION: The artificial fish reef 8 to which the reef resources including abalones and turban shells can be adhered and from which grown reef resources after adhesion can be harvested is equipped with side walls 10 having grooves and adhesion plates 9 peripheries of both sides of which are removably held to the grooves and to which the reef resources are adhered. The reef resources including released abalones and turban shells can be adhered to surfaces of the adhesion plates 9 of the artificial reef installed on the sea bottom and the reef resources including the abalones and turban shells grown after adhesion can be harvested.
