PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the exothermic efficiency of an exothermic resistance body to attempt to reduce electric power to be consumed, to improve strength of a substrate on the lower part of the exothermic resistance body, and to manufacture it simply and at low cost. SOLUTION: An exothermic resistance element part 1 in which a plurality of exothermic resistance bodies 4 are arranged at certain intervals on a supporting substrate 2, wiring 5 is connected with respective exothermic resistance bodies 4, the supporting substrate 2 is composed of a plurality of substrates 7 and 8 laminated in the thickness direction, and a hollow part 11 penetrating through the supporting substrate 2 in the thickness direction is provided in a region covered by respective exothermic resistance bodies 4 of the supporting substrate 2, is provided.
