<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which can rectify easily a dislocation of a cell comprising a fuel cell stack in a fuel cell unit. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell stack 12 containing a plurality of laminated cells 14 is arranged in a housing 28. A lamination direction load generating structure 40 is provided in a lamination direction of the fuel cell stack 28. On the side face of the fuel cell stack 12, there are arranged side face load generating plates 24, 26 which generate a side face load for flattening the side face. In case a dislocation of the cell 14 occurs, a pressure of a pressure chamber 48 is lowered and the dislocation is rectified by the load of the side face direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
