PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust refrigerant circulation amount in a single-stage compression refrigerating cycle. SOLUTION: When the shortage of refrigerant circulation amount is detected in the single-stage compression refrigerating cycle, a high stage-side compressor 31 is operated in a state of closing an expansion valve 34 of a liquid inflow pipe 33a to perform a refrigerant refilling motion by sucking a gas refrigerant of a gas-liquid separator 33 and discharging the same to a refrigerant circulating part.
