PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide firstly a method and an apparatus for manufacturing a high-quality interlaminated film effectively at high productivity, and secondly a method and an apparatus for manufacturing effectively a high-quality interlaminated film by a role-to-role way. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the interlaminated film enables the execution of a predetermined number of times of each of an immersion treatment process for immersing a base material in a liquid containing a substance having a positive charge and an immersion treatment process for immersing the base material in a liquid containing a substance having a negative charge. The apparatus for manufacturing the interlaminated film comprises an immersion process tank capable of passing the base material and including an immersion treatment tank for storing or introducing the liquid containing the substance having the positive or negative charge, the immersion treatment tank having a slit-like opening provided vertically on a wall for the film-like or sheet-like base material to enter and a slit-like opening provided vertically on the wall for the base material to withdraw.
