PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wheelchair handling device with a joystick to be used in an arm extending/bending operation by a user who is difficult to use a wrist in an upper limb. SOLUTION: The joystick for operating the electric wheelchair includes volume resistance for left and right sliding arranged at the end part of a guide shaft; volume resistance for front and rear sliding arranged along the guide shaft; and an operation stick to be moved in a front and rear direction along the guide shaft.
