PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound field correction method, a sound field correction device, and an audio device, capable of precisely correcting the effect of stationary waves. SOLUTION: The sound field correction device corrects the effect of stationary waves in the sound field formed in a chamber. It comprises a frequency calculator 32 for calculating a group of theoretical resonance frequencies featuring stationary waves, based on a specified formula based on the room size of rectangular solid; a frequency extractor 34 for extracting the peak frequency of specified number from the frequency characteristics measured in the room; a frequency discriminator 36 which discriminates one of the theoretical resonance frequencies calculated by the frequency calculator 32 within a specified frequency range as a measured resonance frequency, for the peak frequency of specified number extracted by the frequency extractor 34; and a signal processor 16 which processes the signal to correct the effect of the stationary waves, based on the measured resonance frequency discriminated by the frequency discriminator 36.
