<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an intended operation guide can not be generated when an operation intended by a user is different from a function of the present device state since transition information of device states is not used in the conventional manner and information which does not correspond to the user intention is generated since there is no association between the user intention and a functional operation in generating operation description information by association of a device state transition diagram with a manual. <P>SOLUTION: A map guidance generation information acquisition part creates map generation information and guidance generation information by referring to a state-purpose guidance index in which the device state, the user purpose, operation columns and reference manual information are associated with one another based on the user purpose from a user operation input part and a set of the device state of a dialog control part by a device operation state from a device state acquisition part and the user purpose, a map generation part generates and displays a visualization map of user operation states positioned to the entire functions from the map generation information and a guidance generation part presents guidance according to the guidance generation information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
