PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute the whole aggregate composition of concrete of a waste roof tile regenerated aggregate; to secure the quality of concrete by specifying the blending conditions including an admixture; and to improve economical efficiency. SOLUTION: The waste roof tile regenerated aggregate is used for constituting the whole aggregate composition of concrete, and a concrete product being a shaped cement hardened material is produced by solidifying and forming a concrete material, obtained by blending an admixture comprising a fine powder originating in a mineral, into a predetermined shape. Further, it is also possible to produce a concrete product on which a decorative surface is formed by applying surface processing, such as polishing, washing out or engraving, on at least a portion of the shaped surface of the cement hardened material.
