CHARGE METHOD IN NEUTRAL RANGE, AND HYBRID VEHICLE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge method capable of charging a battery even in a neutral range, and also to provide a hybrid vehicle using the method.

SOLUTION: This method includes: a step for judging whether a current shift range is the neutral range or not; a step for measuring an SOC of the battery; a step for actuating an EHB when the measured SOC of the battery is lower than the minimum limit SOC; a step for rotating an engine to actuate a generator; a step for measuring the SOC of the battery after actuating the generator; and a step for stopping the engine to release the EHB, when the SOC of the battery measured after actuating the generator is higher than the the minimum limit SOC.
