<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image processor and image processing method, a program and data structure of generating a natural face image. <P>SOLUTION: Of animation data including a laughing face skin model obtained by removing the inside of eye boundaries and mouth boundaries from a laughing face image, an expressionless skin model obtained by removing the inside of eye boundaries and mouth boundaries from an expressionless image of an expressionless face, an inner mouth model of the inside of the mouth boundaries, an eyeball model, a laughing face deformation parameter which deforms the laughing face skin model and an expressionless face deformation parameter which deforms the expressionless skin model, the laughing face skin model is deformed into a laughing face deformation skin model by using the laughing face deformation parameter and the expressionless skin model is deformed into an expressionless deformation skin model by using the expressionless face deformation parameter. Then, the laughing face deformation skin model and the expressionless deformation skin model are combined with a composite skin model, and the composite skin model, the inner mouth model and the eyeball model are combined.
