PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous paint composition giving a coating film which maintains the coated shape, quickly dries, has strong adhesion to various base materials, and has flexibility and good elasticity of the coated film in the impasto paint and in the shaping excipient. SOLUTION: In order to obtain an aqueous composition which forms a coated film having flexibility and good elasticity, the following constituting components are required.
