<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate twist and a bending direction of a wire harness arranged in a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: Both end faces are set to be rectangular enclosures 12 and 13 in a lengthwise direction of a cylinder main body 11 in a square cylindrical shape formed of an elastic material. Small diameter cylinders 14 and 15 are projected from centers of the enclosures 12 and 13. A non-stretchable structure 16 where one whole face 11a in four faces of a square cylinder is set to be a plane part, and a stretchable structure 17 formed of a bellow where peaks 17a and troughs 17b are alternately installed in the lengthwise direction of the three remaining faces 11b to 11d, are disposed in the cylinder main body 11. At the time of bending by following bending of the wire harness W/H, the non-stretchable structure 16 of the cylinder main body 11 is extended/contracted to be bent.
