PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting resin composition having a carbon nanofiber dispersed therein and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The thermosetting resin composition comprises a matrix, comprised of a thermosetting resin and an elastomer 30, and a carbon nanofiber 40 dispersed therein.
