PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottom part structure of a vehicle body to form a tunnel part on a floor panel, to join a tunnel reinforcing member along a side surface from an upper surface of the tunnel part, and to splice left and right cross members and a cross reinforcing member on the side surface by overlapping them one another, wherein the four members are certainly connected by connecting three of them by overlapping them on one another while eliminating a trouble of mouth opening deformation of the tunnel reinforcing member by eliminating a cutout part and improving rigidity in the neighborhood of the tunnel part. SOLUTION: An opening part 5 formed by cutting out a part overlapped with the third cross member 3 is formed on a tunnel reinforcement 2, and the third cross member 3 is joined to a third cross reinforcement 4 through the floor panel 1 in the opening part 5.
