PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach a cord ply to a core efficiently and rapidly. SOLUTION: A ply attaching station for attaching the ply cords of a tire carcass to an annular surface includes a core assembly 11 for holding a tire constituent member and a plurality of the attaching heads arranged at the peripheral direction positions on the periphery of the core assembly 11 so as to mutually leave an interval and positioned in close vicinity to a respectively alloted annular surface region 43.
