PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball flow restricting mechanism for a pachinko game machine capable of reliably restricting the flow-out of a ball with a simple structure. SOLUTION: The ball flow restricting mechanism comprises: a ball passage member 1 for feeding the balls to a ball counting dispenser 3; and a member 2 for ball deflection to be mounted on the ball passage member 1. The ball passage member includes: an upstream ball passage 11; a ball stop part 13 to which the ball which has flowed down the upstream ball passage 11 is abutted on; and a downstream ball passage 14 to be branched from the upstream ball passage 11. A slit is arranged at one side of the ball stop part 13. The member 2 for ball deflection includes a piece 22 for ball deflection which is inserted to the slit so as to deflect the ball to the downstream ball passage 14.
