PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication equipment which includes a transmitting antenna unit of configuration different from conventional one, then, achieves communication with much lower power. SOLUTION: An apparatus or facility includes: a signal generation unit for generating a transmission signal to a mobile receiver that a user carries with him/her; and a transmitting antenna unit connected to the signal transmission unit and for transmitting the transmission signal, and as the transmitting antenna unit, a loop antenna is used which can cause a signal current to flow in a loop-like path X formed using a conductive member constituting the apparatus or facility.
