<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that FTP data transmitted from an image forming apparatus is usually blocked with a print controller and can not be transmitted normally, in a system having the print controller. <P>SOLUTION: Regarding a port number input by a user on the print controller, a transfer module for FTP starts port standby. When the image forming apparatus transmits FTP data to a standby port, the transfer module for FTP transfers the data to an FTP server and operates so that the image forming apparatus and the FTP server will normally complete data transfer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
