<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous secondary battery which has high capacity, and has high safety even in a temperature elevation test. <P>SOLUTION: This is the nonaqueous secondary battery which has an electrode laminate of a spiral wound-around structure wherein a positive electrode using an active material of 4 V class and a negative electrode using a carbon material are spirally wound around via a separator and has an electrolyte in the battery case, and in which charge capacity per volume of the electrode laminate is ≥140 mAh/cm<SP>3</SP>, and as for this nonaqueous secondary battery, it contains a fluorine-containing solvent of a ≥50% of fluorination rate in the electrolyte, and the separator is interposed between the electrolyte laminate and the battery case. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
