ELECTRONIC INFORMATION DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM AND DISTRIBUTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for efficiently distributing electronic information by preparing identification codes only by the number necessary for use terminals.

SOLUTION: This electronic information distribution system is provided with a distribution server for distributing electronic information through a network to use terminal equipment and a relay server for relaying the electronic information to the use terminal equipment. The distribution server is provided with a means for preparing distribution codes to be uniquely applied to the use terminal equipment to which the electronic information is relayed by the relay server only by the number of the use terminal equipment to which the electronic information is relayed by the relay server; a means for storing prepared distribution codes; a means for distributing distribution codes to the relay server by using a system code assigned to the relay server; a means for discriminating the use terminal equipment by making the use terminal equipment return the distribution codes distributed from the relay server with the system codes and a means for distributing the electronic information to the use terminal equipment when the verification of the use terminal equipment is matched according to discrimination.
