PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a tire which can greatly reduce defective products such as an air enclosed product generated resulting from air which is enclosed inside when rubber ribbons are stacked away on a tire supporting body, and to provide the tire manufactured by the method. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method for the tire, a large number of recessed lines 7 which cross in the width direction are formed on at least one surface of the rubber ribbon 5 prior to the winding of the rubber ribbon 5 on the tire rotation supporting body 1.
