PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device to at least partially fix and immobilize at least one interspinal disk of the vertebra. SOLUTION: A device and method of fixing the vertebra is disclosed. The device includes following components: at least one elongated member; at least one combining member with a through-hole or through stem with a multi-radius for housing the elongated member, at least one fixing member, at least one cramping member, at least one fastening member, and at least one bridging member.
