<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection branch pipe capable of improving certainty of its construction and attaining laborsaving of piping work. <P>SOLUTION: The connection branch pipe 1 has a locking member 6 which comprises two locking pawls 4 and 5 locked on a peripheral edge of an opening 3 of a sewer 2, a saddle member 7 fitted in the locking member 6 and also mounted on the sewer 2, and a connection member 9 which is inserted in the saddle member 7 and provided with a connection port 8 connected with a mounting pipe. The locking pawl 4 is rotatably pivoted on the locking member 6 via a pivoting pin 11, and can pass through the opening 3 of the sewer 2 by rotating the pivoted locking pawl 4. Rotation of the locking pawl 4 is prevented by screwing the connection member 9 into the locking member 6, and the locking pawl 4 organizes a connection branch pipe 1 which can not pass through the opening 3 of the sewer 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
