<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an optimal set value of an operating parameter as a result of creating an appropriate model indicating operation of a system even when the system is large in scale and complicated. <P>SOLUTION: Values of the operating parameter, condition parameter, and evaluation parameter are measured successively by a parameter measurement part 11 from a working control system 2 and these time series data are stored in a storage part 14 as history data. A plurality of case data 14D showing operation of the system are generated from the history data by a case data generation means 15A and stored in the storage part 14. On the basis of the case data 14D, a case base model 14E showing operation of the system in a variety of states from the case data are created by a model creating means 15B with the operating parameter and condition parameter as an input parameter and the evaluation parameter as an output parameter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
