PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rocker device, preventing an elastic support part from being excessively deformed or unnecessarily deformed due to a failure of a driving means or unnecessary vibration from the outside, effectively preventing breakage of the elastic support part, and having comparatively high durability. SOLUTION: This rocker device includes: a movable part formed as a scanning mirror; the elastic support part 102 such as a torsion spring rockably supporting the movable part 101 to a substrate 103; and the driving means 104 such as an electromagnetic type relatively rocking the movable part 101 to the substrate 103. The device also includes stoppers 105, 106 coming into contact with at least one of the elastic support part 104 and the movable part 101 to limit the deformation amount of the elastic support part 104.
