PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin battery pack in which an outer package frame is not dragged out while a label is wound and does not move out from its original position. SOLUTION: A double-sided adhesive tape 3 is applied on a side of a bare battery 2 and a spacer 4 is fixed on the double-sided adhesive tape 3. A protective circuit part 5 is arranged outside the spacer 4 to make a battery pack 9. Furthermore, an end-face coated part 6b of a first outer case 6 is fixed so as ribs 4e, 4f of the spacer 4 to be insertion-coupled with a groove of the case, and the other-end-face coated part 6c is fixed so as ribs 4g, 4h to be insertion-coupled with the groove. Likewise, a second outer case 7 is fixed so as ribs of the spacer 4 to be insertion-coupled with the groove of the case.
