PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely predict facility congestion information according to a dynamic state of a traffic situation in an adjacent road link. SOLUTION: This facility congestion information prediction device 1 is connected to a traffic information center 2 via a communication network 4, and accumulates traffic information about the road link and facility congestion information provided from the traffic information center 2 in a traffic information DB 22 and a facility congestion information DB 23. A correlation coefficient calculation part 17 calculates a regression equation showing a correlation based on the accumulated facility congestion information and traffic information. When a car navigation device 6 designates the time and area to request prediction of the facility congestion information, the facility congestion information prediction part 18 acquires predicted traffic information of the road link from the traffic information center 2, calculates the facility congestion prediction information of the designated area and time based on the predicted traffic information and the regression equation, and offers the facility congestion predicted information to the car navigation device 6.
